RE: Win2000 DNS problems
As an update, clearing the server cache appears to have resolved the
problem.
I'll monitor it, but I'm interested in why this would have happened?

Subject: Win2000 DNS problems
Hi there,
We have just stopped using forwarders on our Win2000 DNS servers and now
seem to have some problems with reverse lookups.
forward lookups for external hosts works fine, but reverse lookups do not
seem to resolve external IP addresses.
Could somebody give me any tips as to what configuration setting I should be
looking at to resolve <grin> this?
Cheers,
Derek...
