Unless you pay to solicit like me.

please dont solicit on the list. if you are going to let him buy this at no
profit as part of a bulk buying deal that is fine, however soliciting for
profit is against list rules.

I just wanted to get some feedback regarding Level 3 bandwidth
quality.
What is there uptime and peering capability? Any feedback would be
greatly appreciated.
If you are small you will probably have to go through a reseller like
co-location.com (or one of the many others).
If you just want a cabinet and some pipe, they are great at that.
Some things to think about:
1) A bunch of their address space is listed in SPEWS. They will give
you
new IPs if you request them because yours are in a blacklist. They
don't
charge for IP allocations as long as you justify. Personally, I think
people who use SPEWS are getting what they ask for, so it isn't a big
deal, but it is something to think about.
2) They have had one issue I can think of since we moved in with them
over
a year ago and it was a minor routing issue that wasn't very severe. It
lasted an hour or so if I remember.
We are in their San Diego facility and are quite happy and have no plans
to move. They also have lots of other providers in the building on Aero
drive.
