[isp-colo] carrier neutral?
Greetings,

In case one only needs 1 Mbps of bandwidth (with 1U of rackspace) can it
be advantageous costwise to go carrier neutral?

As I understand it, cross-connect costs can hardly be justified if all
you need is 1 Mbps. Is that correct, or are there any exceptions to this
rule?

Also, I believe most carriers won't deal with you directly when you're
looking for such a small commit. Is that correct?

I'm trying to understand the issues involved here. I have to admit that
my primary concern is price. (Off-list quotes are welcome.)

Thanks!

Chris
