Without going into much detail; MTS has been unwilling to provide me with a great deal of information in regards to the interconnection process with them. Has any one gone through and completed this process with MTS for Co-Location and/or Meetpoint interconnection? If so I'm looking for a list in order of the steps you took to interconnect (as detailed as possible; different forms filed in order and at what point the MALI agreement was signed by both parties).
