Asset Recovery and Auctions of Failed CLECs/ISPs

Does anybody know a good source for information about how much is typically
recovered by secured creditors for the colos/equipment of failed
CLECs/ISPs/DSL providers?  I expect that the auction houses like Asset
Recovery will inflate the amount and other estimates I've heard are all over
the map.
