[isp-caching] netscaler caching

Hello,

 has anybody encountered an issue with the Netscaler Integrated cache where the
cache is obeying Pragma:no-cache and Cache-Control:no-cache headers set by the
client request?

 The cache should be ignoring these, but it is not.  Netscaler seems to say this
is a known issue but wondernig if anybody here encoutnered the same issue and
has a workaround or other input.
