From: "andrew fresh" <andrew@mad-techies.org> Because that does the exact opposite of what I want to do.On Thu, Mar 31, 2005 at 11:46:38AM -0600, Support(at)inet2000.com wrote:Why can't you just delete the temporary internet files from the Internet control panel?Thanx JD, but this doens't really do what I want. I was looking to force IE to reload every HTML page and all cached graphics that are currently in the cache directory. I understand this may be 100's of pages, 1000's of objects and many MB (or even GB) in total. This would be the same as if I went back through the History and did a CTRL-RELOAD on every page, but I'm looking for a way to force it automatically do reload every page in the 'temporary internet files' Folder. :) - Todd I absolutely DON'T want to clear the cache. I know that will obviously force IE to get a new copy of the page the next time it is requested, but this is 100% opposite of what I'm asking. :) What I want to do is to refresh all cached pages right now. This will repopulate the cache with current copies of all cached content. At any given time, some of the cached pages are minutes old and some of the cached pages are weeks old. I want to force it to go and refresh all that content right now, on command, so that all cached content is right up to date. - Todd To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
