[isp-caching] p2p caching and vendors

Hi All,

Last week I stated on this list that expand networks stopped the
development of their p2pxl product.
It turns out that I was mistaken and that they are back in the game.
I'm sure they'll have some interesting stuff soon, and I'm sure I'm
going to test it.
