[isp-caching] legality of caching p2p (Was: RE: interresting)
Well that largely depends where you are coming from and how you do it.
Some countries have very well defined laws regulating this kind of
activities (i.e. US) while some have it barely mentioned and the most - do
not even mention it.
US law defines the system caching in the following:

EU has rather vague definition of the same:
