[isp-bgp] BGP over multihop ethernet best practices?

Folks,

I have the possibility of the following setup for an eBGP session or two.


transitA >ethernet> switch1 >ethernet for 200 miles> switch2 >ethernet>
router1


I've never dealt with this sort of link before for anything that used dynamic 
routing, so I'm curious what the best practice for this is.
