sure not, full IP4 rt tables need almost 150mb actually I guess
then you need to add memory for other resources on your router

with as-path filter I have still a POP with an old 3640 with 128MB running a 
full bgp session as with

ip as-path access-list 85 permit ^neighbour-as_[0-9]*$

where "neighbour-as" is the AS number

I store only the routes from my upstream neighbour and the rest goes to their 
default gw

this setup needs +/- 60Mb for the rt table
