According to that link it looks like in the 'routing' template your max
will be about 8000 routes... and we're a little below 200k routes now
for a 'full' table... am I reading that correctly?

no.

the 3560 stores routes in TCAM;  not DRAM.
you can configure some measure of memory usage;  but not enough for a
'full view'.
