[isp-bgp] Off topic - Internet Exchange Points - Regulation

Hello everybody, 
 
I just wanted to know if anyone of you knows about an internet exchange
point which is regulated by any kind of policy.
I've found that Chilean IX has some policies implemented in accordance
with its national regulator agency rules.
Any idea where can i find further information about?
