Hi Roy,

If you or your customer/provider is the legitimate controlling entity  
for the prefixes in question -- and they would be recognized as such  
by APNIC -- then the regional mismatch should be unproblematic. If  
not, then the regional mismatch is likely to be the least of your  
problems...
