[isp-bgp] BGP Route Reflectors

Its a common wisdom passed on to me by sages saying the we should NOT
be setting next-hop-self in RRs when reflecting routes. Can anybody
think of a scenario when this will bomb?

I know Cisco doesnt let me set the next-hop-self on RR when its
reflecting routes. Why? Would love to know that.
