[isp-bgp] MFR on Cisco

I have just joined this list and am not sure how to submit a question?  IF
you are not the one I should ask, can you give me information on who I
should contact about submitting a question?  

I want to use the MFR (Multilink Frame-Relay) feature on Cisco.  I follow
the directions  - from the config# prompt put in interface mfr mfr1 and it
gives me an error.  What am I doing wrong?
