Luis,

Do your ISP1, ISP2 support communities?  Most large service providers support
BGP communities and will send them to you, which makes it far easier for you to
select theirs and their peer and/or customer routes.  If you can do this using
communities, it should be far more accurate than guessing with AS_PATH filters.
