In what way do you want to represent the information? i.e. Graphs in webpage - email with summary of stats; or are you looking to monitor thresholds and events? If the data in the mib has what you are looking for I would suggest use mrtg / cacti / rrdtool to graph them - If you are looking for statistical data relevant to the output of show ip bgp peer or the like - then I would use an expect variant that ssh into the router and grab the data - The most efficient way depends on the specific details.
