Well, if you want to force this action, you will have to turn on
send-community
with Sprint and UU.
For the Sprint block, you will want to send UU a community
of 701:80 to set it's local preference within UU to 80 (so when you
announce the
sprint route to Sprint, it will be prefered, even from UU's network).
Then you will have to do the same for the UU block via Sprint with a community
of 1239:70.

The idea here would be that if your Sprint session failed, both netblocks would
come back down your UU circuits and vice versa.
