The second tends to be an issue later down the road when your
configuration changes.  Option 1 is a lot more dynamic in nature
and when the BGP session is down, or removed, all routing 
information goes with it.   So, Option 1 is a lot better solution
especially when you set local pref higher on one than the other
which is also propergated throughout your network.
