Anyone know the communities allowed for AS3491 (BTN Access/ Beyond the network)? I have a reseller of them that allows me to pass communities directly through and I want to change my local-pref in their network. Ok, I've been able to track down the Customer Guide for Cogent and cut out the related part for us here.
