How about a 2611 (or 2621). I've done some reasonable BGP scenarios in lab testing on a 2621 - just as long as the table isn't too large (which the usual IX table will not be anyway). This sort of assumes you'll just be getting a default from the ISP and some specifics from the IX. That said, if you really want too buy a 2821 then it'll do the job fine. David ...
