Ohh...he did mention distribution, sorry 'bout that :-)
Still, there's reasons to distribute traffic with probably pricing and
different capacity links as the main ones. If you buy a certain CDR with
burst from two providers, you don't want to be paying burst on one while
not using your CDR on the other.
