AW: [isp-bgp] splitting the network and BGP

Yep, it works great... we registered it in the route registry when we started announcing it. It had close 100% rechability from what I could tell as soon as our first upstream started accepting it.

John :)

"This network" could easily have a route object indicating that it will
originate from "his" ASN. I've had zero problems with this through
Verio (who builds their filters by route-objects).

FWIW, a customer of mine had several /24s out of C&W's space. I told
him he'd have 90 days to keep using it after he left C&W. I started
checking on him at the 90 day mark, and just pulled the plug at the 180
day mark (he stopped replying to my emails; leave me in the dark, and
I...). He said he had reachability problems from that point forward
through his other connection to Level3.
