Inbound load sharing is tuned by modifying BGP attributes on your 
announcements.  Easiest is AS prepending your announcements to one 
provider or the other.  More complex but more powerful is using 
communities (as specified by each provider) to signal your provider to 
prepend one or more times to all or some peers/customers.  You'd need to 
contact each provider and get a BGP community list from them.
