[isp-bgp] problem with Level3 (AS3356)

Hello
we have an ISP (AS22706) connected to AS10429

There is appearently no route back to the AS22706 on Level3(AS3356) (we do 
have theire CIDRs in our BGP routes) so the clients do not have any access to 
any network connected through Level3 (or better do net get reply).

The AS10429 support still do not found out how to resolve this issue since 
it's own routes are there and they are now already 10 days after it.

Anybody has a suggestion?
