It would be a blast if you tried running BGP with 30Mbps on a C2800 ... :)

Cisco 7206 VXR w/ NPE 400 is a good Choice. Alternativly, you can also
consider using a Juniper M5 / M7i if you have the budget for a New
C7200 VXR .. it would be a smart move.

Juniper Routers are far much stable & superior in comparison to Cisco
but it depends what grounds you are looking at :-)
