Can I ask why you are asking for this?

Are you trying to prefer only some of the IPs in Tiscali's /18?  Or
perhaps you would like your other peer to prefer your network to act as
transit to the /18 (because you would be giving the more specific
route)?

Just curious, but it sounds like a fairly interesting exercise.
