Hmm.. older configuration? I dont think so. I redistribute PI address space 
like this:

route-map Only-RIPE-Spec permit 10
match ip address 50
set origin igp
!
route-map Only-RIPE-Sum permit 10
match ip address 50
set origin igp
!

and AS config:
no synchronization
bgp log-neighbor-changes
redistribute connected route-map Only-RIPE-Spec
redistribute static route-map Only-RIPE-Sum
no auto-summary
!
ip bgp-community new-format
!

My ISP told me, that is problem with processors switch on their routerers.
Strange. I haven't any problem with BGP only this... A problem was present 3 
month ago. I have a same configuration.

p.s.
I haven't problem with overload CPU or high load RAM.

p.s.2.
I received mails from @isp-bgp.com 4 days ago from my post. Its looks like 
MTA had some problem with deliver mail, or hotmail works fault.
