[isp-bgp] slicing route received from peer

Hi folk
 
 I received from my peer bgp following route : 213.200.64.0/18
 
 Is it possible to slice this route as following : 213.200.64.0/19 and
 213.200.96.0/19, to send to another bgp peer using local-preference ?
