[isp-bgp] PEERING

Hi folks, 

The ISP i work for is going to implement a peering relationship with the
dominant ISP operator here in Perú, so i need some help from you on this
matter. 

Do you have any idea about the bussines model/technical model to apply in a
peering relationship?
Would you recommend me maybe a book/site/paper about this topic?
