Excuse me, but what does this question has to do with BGP?
And please try to avoid cross-posting to multiple lists and if you do, 
make absolutely certain its on-topic to ALL these lists.

And as for the question, may I recommend you read cisco manual first and 
not put such a general question (this is not cisco how-to list after all) 
and then post only if what you tried to configure does not work, providing 
example configuration of what you did.

Also don't get surprised that nobody answers these questions even then, if 
you look at the name of these lists its "ISP-ROUTING" and "ISP-BGP". And 
what does ISP stand for? Internet Service Provider. And what is Internet? 
A wide area tcp/ip network spanning entire planet. Somehow I don't see
X.25 as an internet protocol, do you? So I really dont think there are 
too many people on either isp-routing (and even less or none at isp-bgp) 
who regularly configure X.25 with cisco equipment...
