[isp-bgp] Please help me..

Dear Expert,

I have some problem and please help me to share and solve it.
We had advertise network to one of up-stream (ISP-B). 
But for Outgoing we reroute from ISP-A and Incoming from ISP-B.. So far worked normally and can browsing. On last Friday, I had problem cann't browse to some of site on US but if i checked ping and trace result, everything success to ping and trace route. Checking outgoing with trace from router and checking incoming with looking-glass on International (www.traceroute.org).

Could some of you have the same problem or have some idea or experiment to solve it ? 
Actually what is the problem happening ?
