[isp-bgp] EBGP, loopbacks and multihops - once more!

Hi,

Thanks to everyone for helping me on EBGP and loopbacks earlier. My question
is that i have configured two EBGP peers using loopbacks. The session only
goes up when i configure ebgp-multihop on both the routers, even though when
they are directly connected. Is this normal? I thought that i need to use
multihop only when my peers are not directly connected and are more than a
hop away.

Does this change when using loopbacks?
