Hello, My company I'm told has a registered AS number which I'm assuming they use for their 63.87.170.0/23 block and possibly some other public networks. I'm setting up a new site with its own block of IPs x.x.x.x/24 and I'm going to advertise via BGP out 2 different providers for redundancy. My new site will not be advertising for other IP blocks my company has, and my site will have no connectivity to those subnets either. So basically my new site will be like a separate entity. Is it possible for me to reuse my company's ASN for this new site? What complications might I run across? Regards, -- Michael Brancato Senior Network Engineer Affiliated Computer Services, Inc.
