[isp-bgp] Recommendations: Failover router

Needing some advise regarding setting up redundant/failover routers.

I have 2 routers, 1 3725 (currently online) and a 3640 (offline)
3 ISP feeds, (2 T1's and 1 5Mb Ethernet).
Taking full routes.
I have a stub network.

Does anyone have any recommendations on setting up multiple routers?

I have looked at HSRP but Cisco's documentation does not give me enough
detail for my needs.
