[isp-bgp] Hide router

Hi

I try to find solution for this problem, but I have'nt luck.

The problem is:

I have networks with cisco and linux routers. Sometimes track from one
router to other is not direct and it go into other router.
Some ISP hide routers and end-customer can only see first and last router,
and not any others.

How I can do it same in cisco router and/or linux router ??
I try find any information about this problem in google, but no effect.
Mayby I provide wrong keywords?
