[isp-bgp] BGP4 Switch/Router Needed

Hello,

I am planning on getting collocation space in a carrier neutral datacenter.
I will be getting either 100Mbps or 1000Mbps burstable connections to two or
three different bandwidth providers in either copper Ethernet or fiber
Ethernet connections.

I am looking for an inexpensive switch/router with BGP4 routing
capabilities. Here is what I want it to have:

-2 to 8 uplink ports (would like them to be gig ports, but 100Mbps will do
if price is a lot cheaper)
-1-48 10/100 switch ports for servers to connect to
-BGP4 capabilities

Can anyone recommend inexpensive used products I can get on eBay or
something similar. Must be fewer than 5k, the lower the better.
