Hi Vladimir, I'd say use NetFLow, it's by far the easiest and most flexible and there's a lot of free tools like flow-tools and cflowd available to process the data and come up with the info you're looking for. Be careful when playing with it though, keep an eye on your router's CPU levels and don't set your sample rate too high to begin with.
