A customer of mine bought a pair of Cisco 2691 routers with max memory and IP Plus feature set for a customer, and they're doing well being dual homed to two relatively slow links (3MB and 1.5MB). They're running about 50% full on memory (256MB total) and around 5-8% on CPU.
