No they won't. iBGP doesn't redistribute, because it has no means of loop detection. As for IGP, that's a whole topic of its own. You want to carry as little as possible in your IGP (OSPF, IS-IS, etc.) for fast convergence. You want to avoid redistributing routes whenever possible. You want to use "no synchronization" on BGP if you can.
