Then you are poorly mistaken.

FWIW, if you have a BGP session with Akamai, we'd happily take your deaggs 
down to /32s and with whatever MEDs and meaningful communities you want to 
assign.

'course you'll note that I'm not suggesting you advertise the /32s to your 
transit.....
