Possibly. One often must tell upstreams to punch a hole in the aggregation rules. You might ask their respective network engineers to "show ip bgp neighbor x.x.x.x received-routes" or equivalent. RK> If the aggregation is the suspected prob, can I correct this? RK> Can I tell my providers to stop aggregating my announcement RK> into a larger one? That's what you must do. Also note that if your space is from certain ranges, some providers (most notably Verio) filter announcements that are "too long". Although such filtering is not universal, you should bear it in mind. BTW, you may wish to check various route servers (traceroute.org is your friend) to verify your theory.
