No, you really don't. If people are downloading stuff to you 99% of time, then you really DO NOT need full routes at all. Just get a default route What you can do is get a default route from a transit, and get partial routes from the other, or tell them to send you full routes but use as-path filters to filter out ASes that are adj. to that transit, etc..
