With an old enough, stripped down enough IOS, it might just fit.  Recent 
IOS, CEF, and some other features, and I really doubt it will.  Even if it 
does fit, it'll be real tight.  Upgrade to an NPE225 and 256mb, or don't 
plan on taking full routes.
