PPS and data volume killed the boxs regularly. Same HW + Same Zebra, FreeBSD handled it with no blips. Having the routing table isn't really the issue, its data volume. "industrial grade PC hardware" is usually an industry buzzword for putting a standard MOBO in a rackmountable case. I've seen people calling craptacular $55 motherboards in 2U cases "industrial strength"... Far from reality, there is marketing hype a plenty!
