[isp-bgp] Selectively advertisement to iBGP neighbors

Dear All,

     Can a BGP router selectively advertises routing prefixes to each of
its iBGP neighbors? For example, BGP router X only advertises prefix
P1 to its iBGP neighbor Y, but not to the other iBGP neighbors. Is
there any way to configure this? Can route-maps solve it?
