If you keep your announcements the same, there is nothing you can do to overwrite the local pref setting of a different network. I can think of two options. One: see if the network you want to be influenced have communities publicly available to alter local pref settings. Some networks do have this. Two: originate a more specific prefix of the block your game servers are in. Check with Transit1 if they have communities available to block the announcement to their specific peer that you do want to be used by the source network.
