Full routes or cheap... pick one.  If you can live with partial
views (which can be made to work very well) and don't mind using
WICs or NMs, a 26xx or 36xx is a reasonable choice.  The 2691 has
2x WIC + 1x NM + up to 256 MB memory if you really want full
views.

Because you're running 4x T1s now, most any 26xx or 36xx should
have the forwarding performance you need... but when you move to
the 72xx or 75xx series later, you'll end up buying PA interface
cards.
