If you really want/need full routes, get them from both.

Without knowing your environment, your needs, your external
connectivity etc. it's hard to recommend something.
Giving a shot into air, a pair of Cisco 2691 with more than 128M
RAM (I'd go for full 256M) with 2-port Serial WICs (or two 1-port
Serial WICs per box) gives you a nice redundant setup for your
external connectivity.
If you would describe your setup more detailled (more routers involved?
what else does your network setup consist of? what services do you
provide? do you plan to offer leased line access on those routers?
in which scale?), we might give a more precise/matching recommendation.
And then you should hire someone who has extensive BGP clue to
install this setup, give you some training and hand it over. Less
pain. :-)

Daniel
